With the FlexAssist markings you can identify at a glance which elements can be repositioned in order to adjust the basket to your needs. Small symbols, such as a cup or a wine glass on the coloured elements point out how the area can be used. At the same time, the FlexAssist markings serve as handle elements. This allows optimum basket versatility with the flick of a wrist.

Great results: AutoDos is the world’s first automatic dispensing system with integrated PowerDisk. Precisely the right amount is dispensed at exactly the right time for the programme selected. Furthermore, it always dispenses the right amount of powder granulate. This protects the wallet as well as the environment. Enjoy the freedom: one PowerDisk will last 20 cycles on average, without refilling.²

At the end of the programme the door of the dishwasher opens automatically and leaves a small gap. The warm moist air is transported out of the wash cabinet, allowing even challenging load items such as plastic bowls to dry completely. Our special drying process protects your worktop from moisture.

A door concept that does it all

WPS features a second solenoid valve directly at the stopcock. In the event that the first valve is defective, the second one closes the inlet. The sheathed water inlet hose also ensures the highest level of safety: in the event of damage to the inner hose, water flows down the outer sleeve into the floor tray.

Basket design

Bottles, glasses and other hollow items are held securely in the lower basket thanks to FlexCare Glass & Bottle. It ensures perfect cleaning performance in combination with the new BottleClean extra. The water-carrying spray arms enable thorough cleaning of long, hollow items. The BottleHolder is integrated in the cup rack and can also be used as a storage surface if required – for maximum flexibility.

Miele dishwashers rely solely on fresh water and can wash crockery with as little as 6 litres of water in the Automatic programme – much less than the contents of a sink. With this feature, Miele has reduced water consumption by 85 % over the last 30 years. Electricity consumption has also been reduced to new all-time lows: in the ECO programme, Miele dishwashers achieve consumption values of just 0.52 kWh.

You can use your dishwasher with a clear conscience even when it’s not full: in almost all standard programmes, your dishwasher measures how many dishes are inside the chamber and precisely adapts the water consumption accordingly. With automatic load sensing, there is no longer any need to wait until the dishwasher is fully loaded.

All Miele dishwashers can be connected to hot water at temperatures of up to 60 °C. This reduces electricity consumption by up to 35 % and programme running times by up to 10 %. In the ECO programme, the energy consumption of the dishwasher is reduced to as little as 0.29 kWh.
